The walls are adorned with movie posters and intimate lighting to bring you into the mood, while the big-screen 68” TV, and the top-notch sound system create an unforgettable immersive experience.

Located on the mezzanine of the main house, this unique space is equipped with a pool table and a library of board games, darts board, a smart TV, a small beer fridge.

It’s perfect for an intimate after-party or a pre-dinner session.

Villa Kimaya boasts two gourmet kitchens. The spacious outdoor kitchen comes with a wood-fired pizza oven, a bar and a beautiful wooden dining table for 12 people that overlooks the serene saltwater swimming pool.

Located inside the main house, the indoor kitchen is more intimate and located right next to the entertainment room.

From making sure you’re on track to break your (PB) Personal Best deadlift record or perfecting your jab-hook-uppercut boxing combo, to a premium yoga mat, we make sure your holiday with us facilitates your aim to achieve your fitness goals too.

Located on a terrace corner on the first floor of the main house, this green playground provides ample space for fun for your little ones.

Baby cots, baby chairs, and toy boxes based on your children’s age are also available upon request.

Villa Kimaya has ample of chill-out spaces including a rooftop lounge above the outside kitchen with 2 large hammocks and garden sofas for 8 people - a perfect place to watch a sunset.
